Designed in collaboration with Adjara Arch Group and Studio Rooms’ Keti Toloraia and Nata Janberidze, Rooms Hotel Kazbegi is deeply rooted in the nature, traditions, and history of the region. With its sustainable approach to architecture and design, Rooms has become a significant destination and placed Georgia on the world map. The authenticity that Rooms Hotel Kazbegi creates with its contextually inspired aesthetics has been key to the success of the establishment.

The rawness, honesty of structure, and monumentality, characteristic of Georgian architecture, is visible in the hotel, which has become the first Georgian lifestyle brand developed by Adjara Group.

The reconceptualized Soviet-era sanatorium overlooks the stillness and calm of the Caucasus mountains. Rawness and monumentality of the elongated v-shaped façade are visible through the layer of reclaimed wood and black metal balconies. Moreover, the sustainable approach to architecture and design enriches the experience of Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, giving it a distinct character. Hand-woven carpets, wooden walls, communal tables, and floorboards, vintage bookshelves also replicate the nature and local culture of the region.

Rooms Hotel Kazbegi is a tasteful interplay between design, cultural heritage, history, and nature, which seems to have initiated Adjara Group’s focus on space as one of the central aspects of the company’s unique concept of hospitality experience.

The vast terrace and interconnected public spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor, overlooking the ancient Gergeti monastery, give Rooms Hotel Kazbegi an industrial chalet feel. The relaxing atmosphere stimulates the desire to engage in both social interactions and introspective journeys. Whereas, the intertwined public spaces emphasize the feeling of openness of the alpine region.
